All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you to either
keep the credit at your tiname wallet;
Change to other item;
or refund you the total amount of your order with 10% fee we take.
Tinams reserves the right to cancel your order at any time even after order confirmation. In this case, if advance is paid, we will refund the amount within 10 days.
You must return the product to our office by yourself within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from delivery date.
